Bad Science...
...reporting.
The Yellowstone caldera has been classified a high threat for volcanic eruption, according to a report from the U.S. Geological Survey.That'll start a panic, when all that is really happening is the USGS annual report designed to attract more money from the federal budget. The Survey is just trying to prioritize it's expenditures and the press is trying to create a panic. Bad combination.
