Much As You Hate To Admit It....
...some people are just too dumb for some things.
Authorities said that the man was using a screwdriver and apparently trying to dislodge a round from the chamber of the pistol when the weapon discharged, with the bullet striking him in the abdomen.This man should be denied a weapons permit on the grounds of sheer stupidity.
